Return and Refund Policy
At Quality Picks Jewelry and Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return items.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes all tags and labels.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at qualitypicksjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at qualitypicksjewelry@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process, provided the item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
