  • We offer standard shipping within Canada for a flat rate of 15CAD - 20CAD depending on the weight or free for orders over 150CAD
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to physical addresses ONLY

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at qualitypicksjewelry@gmail.com within 2days of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
